In recent years, real estate has greatly inspired the programs of television and reality shows.. Thus many programs have emerged, notably on the M6 group on the TF1 group, whether it is research or sales assistance, real estate agent competitions, each show has developed its concept. You will find below a non-exhaustive list of these French TV shows dedicated to real estate which, to my knowledge, have never highlighted any’real estate agency in Aydat. We will not talk here about decoration shows, interior design advice programs (Like Mieux chez Soi on M6 or Surprise renovation of change at home again with Stéphane Plaza but this time on Gulli Prime), of TV shops home staging, nor broadcasts offered in the United States…
House for sale on M6
A program broadcast on M6 since 2007 and presented by Stéphane Plaza. Each episode always takes place in three stages : An inventory, work monitoring, then finally arrange the visits. The objective : Selling a house after making it more attractive thanks to a home staging (created by one of the show’s interior designers : Sophie Ferjani, Carole Carat, Aurélie Hemar, Emmanuelle Rivassoux).
Search for apartment or house on M6
A program broadcast on M6 since 2006, real estate professionals help individuals find an apartment or house according to their criteria. Each region of France has its own specialist, so you will find depending on the sector : Stéphane Plaza, Thibault Chanel, Sandra Viricel, Romain Cartier, Mathieu Beyer, Véronique Nowak, Marie-Odile Tessier, Marie-Pierre Carelli, Laurence Simonney, Antoine Zinini, Chantale Patou.
Apartment Hunters (Who can beat Stéphane Plaza) on M6
A program broadcast on M6 since 2015, hosted by Stéphane Plaza. A competition of 5 days between three real estate agents or rather real estate hunters. Every day they present properties to a potential buyer, the most convincing wins points (depending on whether there is a crush or an offer is made on the property). From 2020 the show was renamed Apartment Hunters Who Can Beat Stéphane Plaza, the principle of the show remains almost identical, the main change comes on the day of the grand finale, thus the finalist will face Stéphane Plaza. If the real estate agent wins, he leaves with 3000€, if it’s Stéphane who wins, the money is donated to an association (different every time).

A program broadcast on M6 (Rights RTL Belux (Belgium), 4 real estate agents help owners who are obliged to sell their property. Home staging, real estate makeover and sale. First broadcast on the end channel 2020.
New house for a new life on M6
A show broadcast on M6 since May 2023, presented by Stéphane Plaza. Real estate agents support families in their life change, by finding them the rare pearl. A day of visit and immersion through an activity in their favorite sector.

A show broadcast on TMC since 2020, reality show following a family of 6 real estate agents in a luxury real estate agency in Boulogne-Billancourt.
French Riviera sur RMC Story
A show broadcast on RMC Story since 2023, reality show next 3 luxury real estate agencies and exceptional properties on the Côte d’Azur (French Riviera) : Cannes, Saint Tropez, Cap d’Antibes, Monaco.
Absolutely good on TMC
A show broadcast on TFX then on TMC since 2019 is the first teleshopping program for real estate. Hosted by Bruno Waitzmann and Olivier Casado (Two real estate specialists and BFM Business consultant). Goods are offered exclusively and in preview during the show, the viewer can then contact the agent concerned.
Owner at all costs on TMC
A show broadcast on TMC since 2022. A viewer directly buys the goods offered exclusively in the show.
Mag Immo in France 3 Paris ile de France
A program broadcast on France Télévisions and more particularly on the regional antenna France 3 region (Paris ile de France). Aired Sundays at 10:35 a.m., a program is born in 2022 and is presented by Sonia Chironi, who with his team answers questions related to real estate in Paris and the Paris region… Themes about the capital, des interviews, reports for Parisians and Ile-de-France residents.
Club Immo on BFM TV Business
To end with a television program a little different from the previous ones : Club BFM Immo sur BFM TV Business. A show offered on the BFM Business channel / BFM Heritage, Club Immo is a short program presented by Cédric Decoeur from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and noon. The set brings together journalists and “experts” real estate topics that decipher the trends for you.
