Creation of the real estate file

You can absolutely put together your file yourself., It is not very complicated, there is no point making a mountain out of it. if you are organized, that your documents are classified and stored you will have no trouble finding them. If you wish, you can also delegate (for remuneration) this task to a professional (real estate agent or real estate agency). But this will not save you from having to retrieve the documents, in order to transmit them, in short, most of the work, you will have already done it.
